Sorry, I made a mistake. The journal replied stating that GMR journal has indeed been moved to the ESCI database. Whether it can re-enter the SCIE database in 2019 will depend on the performance of the journal. However, it seems that the articles from the fourth issue of 2016 may not be retrievable in either SCIE or ESCI databases. The journal also mentioned that articles from this issue can be searched and accessed on Web of Science, but I don't understand what that means. Will it always be indexed in Medline in the future?
