Reviewed 2013-05-21 20:35:00 This journal only takes invited contributions, and does not accept review articles. The manuscript must have new, unpublished results, which can be inconclusive. In general, the papers are compiled together with the discussions at the conference. Impact factor 5.The article quality is high. I submitted a paper, one reviewer, less than four weeks in the first round of review, which requested minor revision. Since this is a charge of 500 pounds for color figures, I changed them all to black and white.
