The first review was about 25 days, and the two reviewers each scored the paper and give their review comments. Any spelling error was also pointed out by the reviewers. The paper was accepted 2 weeks after the revision. The review is fast, and the associate editor is really friendly. In the review comments, the conclusion of the review did not indicate whether it was a minor revision or a major revision. It used the word “reconsider”, which I thought would mean at least major revision. I was nervous, thinking that the second review would take at least one month. Surprisingly the paper was accepted in two weeks. Very friendly journal, and the impact factor suits my needs.
