How did it turn out in the end? Is there a high chance of being re-accepted?

I have submitted two articles to this journal. I think it's quite unreliable. The editor-in-chief is very irresponsible, and the review process is unusually long

This journal is really a disaster. I have submitted two papers to this journal in total. The first paper took over 4 months for the first review, with feedback from two reviewers. It was obvious that they were not familiar with the subject, as they provided inconsistent and irrelevant comments. After two major revisions, the editor rejected the paper. Eventually, the paper was accepted by ITOR. The second paper also took almost 4 months for review. One reviewer was knowledgeable in our field and provided minor revisions, while the other was clearly not familiar with the topic and gave very negative feedback, suggesting that the model and assumptions were not reasonable (despite the fact that each assumption in the paper was supported by real cases and previous studies, with the model being built on references from many UTD papers). The editor rejected the paper, citing the significant disparity in opinions between the two reviewers, and also noting that resubmission was not allowed. Overall, the experience of submitting to this journal twice was not pleasant. The review process was lengthy, and the editor did not seem very dedicated

A journal with a lot of problems, and the editor is very irresponsible. I submitted in April of year 22 and received revisions in April of year 23. There were three reviewers, but only the opinions of two reviewers were provided. I didn't think the issues were significant and made careful revisions before resubmitting. However, the editor found new reviewers, and one of them maliciously commented that the model derivation was incorrect. In reality, I referenced top journals for the model derivation, and there was absolutely no problem. The editor decided to reject the paper, taking a total of 13 months. I suspect that the editor didn't want to accept it and privately asked the reviewers to provide rejection comments. It's extremely irresponsible.

Received revision notification in April 2022,
Revised version sent back in June 2022,
No news in between,
Contacted the editor in February 2023,
Received conditional acceptance (minor revisions) in March 2023,
Revised version sent back in April 2023,
Received acceptance notification in May 2023.

In theory, the initial review was not quick, but it was acceptable. However, I don't know why it took so long to receive further information after the revisions were submitted. It took a considerable amount of time, but fortunately, the outcome was still good.

This journal accepts some papers in the field of Management Science, though not many. They accept both empirical and model-based papers, with topics related to information, platforms, and other related subjects.
