This publication is quite good. I published my first SCI paper here, which was about a comprehensive application of mathematics. It was submitted to SI, and was returned after one month requiring a major revision, but the comments were not too many. My language is very poor, but they didn’t reject the manuscript. I am very grateful to the reviewers. The review comments required us to polish the paper, and we must grasp the language well. I don’t think they understand the content very well. The just asked the question about the hypothesis or something... There were a few issues that were difficult to address, and no deadline was given for resubmitting the manuscript... Currently it was under major revision, but someone said that it usually needs to be resubmitted within a month...

I feel that the level of articles in this journal is rising, and the number of articles published every year is also declining. Publishing is not as easy as others have said; innovative is essential. Got two articles accepted and helped review one. The speed was quite fast, and luck played a significant role.
The first article underwent major revisions twice and minor revisions once before finally being accepted. It took two months for it to be published.
The second article went through one major revision and was accepted the next day after modifications. It took a month and a half, but it hasn't been published yet.
The article I reviewed was from a university in Beijing. There were too many flaws, and even the empirical evidence was incorrect. Despite trying to accumulate research points, I had to recommend major revisions. However, another reviewer rejected it, and the editor-in-chief decided to reject it as well. I would like to express my apologies to the scholar, but I couldn't recommend minor revisions.
I hope the journal continues to thrive and doesn't get shut down.
