Reviewed 2012-07-20 15:14:00 This is a quarterly journal, so it moves slower than other journals. Recently, this journal held a conference, and according to the conference website, 650 articles were received and 250 articles were accepted for publication. The impact factor isn’t great, so it’s odd so many articles were submitted. I’m not sure I’m going to submit because the self-citation rate of this journal is between 30-40%!
