I submitted to this journal in early July last year, but it was returned for revisions due to formatting issues. I resubmitted in August and had to revise it four times (the last time was due to language issues). Two reviewers withdrew during the process, so new reviewers had to be invited. It felt like the editor needed to gather opinions from at least two reviewers. Later on, I received a reminder email every 3-4 days. Finally, in mid-March of this year, it was accepted. It almost delayed my graduation... The experience was not good, so I would advise caution when submitting articles.
