I am warning the majority of scientific researchers to be cautious of submitting to this stupid journal. They rely on their rank Q2 and simply are on cloud nine. After first submission, it was “submit to journal” for two weeks unattended. And then “with editor”, there has been no news for over one month. Finally the rejection was received and it said it was not suitable for the journal. They should reject it earlier if it was not suitable for the paper. The delay had been so long. The reason of rejection was exactly the same as the previous one, except for the editor's name. I almost lost my temper. I hope that the journal can speed up a little bit in the future, and do take other people's time seriously!

This journal focuses on optimal control algorithms. Each review period is 2-3 months and the whole process takes about half a year. One month after submitting the manuscript, at first no adequate reviewers were found and only one reviewer gave direct acceptance. There is a lot of work on the basic theory of control theory published in CNSNS, which is very useful for people who are new to this control discipline. I hope that there will be a more work published on this topic in the future.

The numbers in parentheses are the reviewer invitations received and accepted by the public account. The editor seems responsible; when they noticed a low acceptance rate, they increased it to 12 people. The journal probably requires at least two reviewers.
