Let me talk about my submission experience. Submitted in early August 2018, the first review took about two months. In early October 2018, the editor gave me a major revision, with three reviewers pointing out very detailed and professional issues, probably submitted to experts in this field. The editor gave me 2 months to make revisions, and the revised article was resubmitted at the end of December 2018. The second review took about 1 and a half months, and it was accepted on February 19, 2019. I would like to remind everyone to carefully respond to the reviewers' questions during the revision process. If the article is not substantially changed, it can generally be accepted.
