The next day, another urgent email came, criticizing that my titles didn’t need to have abbreviations, the title page was missing a word count, and this time, she asked to send her the edited document by email so she could replace it... The suggestions on the experimental design were quite realistic, but didn’t seem fatal, unfortunately the editor didn’t give an opportunity... Same with the two reviewers... Reviewer 1 said that the A-B-C pathway you mentioned has already been reported in a previous article. I intentionally checked it and found that they used HEK cells for the A-B... Besides, the existence of the A-B before that article was already known, right... They, like me, were just verifying whether A-B was acting and how it was acting... Does it mean no innovation if someone has already done a certain pathway... Then reviewer 2 said that you should explain why the results obtained with a certain animal model are inconsistent... But that model was overexpressed, while I knocked it out, even I doge face is inconsistent result. But the conclusions of those two articles mentioned by the reviewers are truly inconsistent
