Feb 7, submission; Feb 8, the editor finished the review and sent it to an expert; Feb 15, it was sent to 2 reviewers; Feb 25, one expert sent back the result (it was estimated on March 2); Mar 9, a review expert was changed; Mar 19, I urged the review; Mar 20, one expert sent back the result (it was estimated on Mar 9). It was rejected and the other reviewer was cancelled (it was estimated on Apr 3). The comments given: One reviewer said that the research was meaningful but not compatible with physics, and it was recommended to transfer to engineering-related journals; The other said there were some formatting issues, and finally, the editor rejected the article. The response for reminder was quick, and I appeal for withdrawing the article, but received no reply. However, being delayed for one and a half months is better than being delayed four months. I transferred it to another journal.

I’m afraid I may be the worst tragedy here. It’s almost three months since the initial review, and only one reviewer finished the review within three weeks. Thank him, and the two others who refused to review on the same day were also very user-friendly. There were three noble reviewers refused to review within more than half a month to thirty-five days. The editor is still finding reviewers for me. So responsible. Thank you very much. Graduation by this is definitely hopeless. I just hope that some reviewers or potential reviewers who see this message can reject it immediately when receiving an invitation for review. Do not delay for more than a month and then refuse the review. Is there any timeliness of a scientific research after wasting a month and another month? It really hurts. Those who want to submit should also be careful. If you research into something that is not popular in China, it is best not to submit to this journal. They cannot invite any reviewers. Finally, the result of this manuscript is not important anymore, and I will never submit to journals in China later.

The first time I submitted my paper, most of the review comments, given in 3 weeks, were quite positive, however, I had a different opinion than the reviewer on one thing. I felt that my article was more innovative than he said. Moreover, if I changed it according to his suggestions, my article would have to be basically rewritten, so I told him that.  It took another 40 days or so, but I did change everything according to his comments and then resubmitted. At first, there was only one reviewer. I felt that after 10 days of review by one reviewer, my manuscript should have been approved. However, on the day of the review, the editor found two reviewers and they examined it for another month. They asked for all minor revisions. I spent three days modifying the paper and then resubmitted. The next day, I received an acceptance. In summary: 1. Don't compete with the reviewer and honestly follow his advice, unless you are a top researcher or his opinion is completely wrong. 2. CPB's review is really fast; I would recommend any researcher to submit there. The editor is very responsible, very good.
