2019.12.16, Submission; until 2020.5.8, it was still Under Editor Review, i.e. the status of editor’s initial review. We called to inquire about the situation, and the editor responded that they would immediately logged into the system to operate the next step (seems to forget the operation?). Then it was rejected in 20 minutes. So what did you do in half a year after our submission? It's really a waste of time.

It is unbelievable! There has been no new in the past ten months. I sent an email to the editor to inquire, but there was no reply at all. Really frantic. The state also called for support for domestic journals. But, with this approach and attitude, the gap with foreign SCI journals can only widen. I will not submit to it again in the future.
