The review speed was pretty fast before the pandemic, and it used to take 2 weeks for the result of the first review. The article was revised for one month and accepted directly after four days of second review. There is no review fee, and the publication fee is 450 yuan per page. The number of pages depends on the typesetting at the time of publication. It depends on the editor. My classmate and I submitted the article at the same time, and the review comments were returned in 5 months. If you keep urging the editor, the process will be much faster.

This journal is SCI. About 3 and a half months review time. The editor is very good. In 2013, the journal went from a bimonthly to a monthly. Submission is definitely is worth considering. Perhaps it is because this year the journal won the second prize of international excellent journals, there is no page fee, except if an expedited processing is called for, then an urgent fee is required.
