I want to say that my article has not been replied for a long time. I called and the person who answered the phone asked another person what was going on, and the other person said it was terrible. Without changing a word, I submitted it to Medical Oncology. The impact factor that year rose to 2.21. I think the thinking and direction of this journal are not right, the articles they publish are just like those translated from Chinese journals, with too many formal requirements and cannot keep up with international standards. However, foreign journals focus on different aspects, as long as there is something new and the design is reasonable, it can be published. This suggestion is for reference only
