The revision was completed at the end of October 2024, inviting nearly 20 reviewers, but only one reviewer agreed to review it. They made three superficial suggestions, but after making the modifications, the entire paper was still not up to standard. I ended up making significant improvements on my own and resubmitted it for revision on October 28th. The reviewers decided on November 3rd, and it seems that only one reviewer accepted it. I have submitted to dozens of journals, and this one is the slowest! Last November, I submitted it and heard nothing back. Suddenly, in April of this year, I was notified that it was sent for external review. I wrote it with the support of my defense (just started trying it out), and invited 12 reviewers (so far) one of whom has accepted. Upon further inspection, I realized it is in the second district of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and in the first district of the JCR. Oh well, if it doesn't work out, it's crap, but if it does, it's awesome!

Submitted on June 30, 23, entered under review status on July 10, 23. The first review comments returned on March 17, 24. The first revision was submitted on April 5, 24. Accepted on July 7, 24, taking a year in total. It was really tough, but fortunately, it was finally accepted. Thanks to the reviewers and editors. Personally, I feel that if you submit to this journal, it is better to be more relevant. I found that most of the time, I contacted 22 reviewers, but only 2 accepted to review. Due to the low annual publication volume, it may be relatively slower compared to some other journals.

The submission was made on June 30, 2023. So far, 22 reviewers have been invited, 3 have accepted the review, and 2 have completed the review (one of whom seems to have disappeared).
