Reviewed 2013-01-14 21:06:00 Personally, I feel that this journal has a strong bias. Before my article was submitted, this journal was a foreign language journal. At that time, the journal editor had high requirements for English. Once I submitted, the editor indicated that he was satisfied with the English level of my article, but ultimately my manuscript was rejected. However, the reason for the rejection was that the English language was not up to the journal’s standards. Plus, the reviewers’ comments were very unprofessional.
