I submitted to Chemical Papers and my manuscript got accepted! Not without serious revision, of course, but still. Not the worst outcome for my first paper. I was particularly worried because this journal rarely receives articles on nanometers, which was the topic of my manuscript. An FYI to all non-native English speakers, this journal is critical about writing and language. I admit that my English is poor, and it was not fun having to rewrite my manuscript word-by-word.
