The speed is quite normal. The rejection was a bit unexpected. Of the 3 reviewers, one thought it would be acceptable after modifying the grammar, and the other gave a few comments for easy revisions. It was rejected mainly because of the third reviewer, who gave nearly 20 comments for the first time. We submitted it after carefully revising it one by one.
