After one month of waiting, I received reviews that recommended acceptance pending major revision. Two of three reviewers were constructive, whereas the third reviewer was extremely harsh. It was clear that I didn’t cite their manuscripts in my paper, and they were very upset and unprofessional about that fact. Whatever. I ended up re-submitting my manuscript after I addressed the reviewers’ comments, and it was accepted after three weeks. Yes!

Submitted in mid-February, received the reviews from two reviewers in mid-March. One of them was generally positive, while the other seemed to be a specialist in the field, and raised several questions. Spent a few days clarifying some concepts related to the questions. Then spent a few days resubmitting due to formatting issues. The second review took about a week, and after the reviewer's comments were received, the decision was pending. Accepted half a month later. It took exactly 3 months from start to finish. Overall, the editor was relatively responsible and the reviewers' comments were constructive. One minor detail is that there was no email notification for revisions, so it was necessary to keep track of the progress of the manuscript
