I did not have a pleasant experience with this journal. This journal has a relatively high impact factor, so I was surprised with how disorganized the editorial side of the process was. I submitted my manuscript in November and had no contact or reviews by January. I contacted the editor, and he indicated that no reviewers had been found but that he was still actively recruiting. By the end of March, we had received reviews and completed the revisions. However, after we resubmitted, the online system never registered our resubmission. As a result, our manuscript was withdrawn! I regretted submitting in the beginning, and now I definitely regret doing so 4 months later.
