Experience sharing! Benefiting the people of the country! Although the number of submissions by Chinese nationals is not large, the difficulty level is still manageable. My article underwent peer review for about a month and a half. I publish around 110-120 articles per year. I submitted my article in November and received a manuscript number around 150, which proves that the acceptance rate is decent. I suggest that researchers consider the basic research on calcium in related cells. However, since the journal is relatively professional, the reviewers may ask professional questions, so it requires some originality, theoretical basis, and response strategies. I had previously submitted articles with scores in the 2s and 3s, all of which were rejected. But when I submitted to a journal with a score in the 4s, it actually gave me the opportunity for major revisions. It was quite challenging to address the 30 questions from the 2 reviewers, but I hope it will be accepted smoothly!
