The speed is not as slow as mentioned in the comments, on the contrary, it is surprisingly fast. Maybe it used to be slow before? Because my article has a large amount of data and is also rigorous, the chief editor found it good and reacted very positively. The reviewers' comments are also nice, no additional experiments were requested, the editor is very detailed in checking the figures and tables. Overall, if you cannot publish in a Tier-1 journal, this longstanding journal can still be considered, and the Chinese are friendly. Hope to return to the 5-star rating!
