Does anyone know whether “Under review” of this journal means with editor or sending for review? It is said that in some journals it means sending for review, and some means reviewed by editors? It has been still under review after submission two weeks ago.

Does anyone know the difference between Under review and Under Review in this journal? The first review of my article was about two and a half months, and there were very few review comments in the first review. After it was returned according to the first review comments, the status was firstly Under review for one month, then changed to Assigning for Review for about a day, and then changed to Under Review for about half a month. Does anyone know what the situation is?

The review speed of the journal is very fast, and the editorial processing speed is even faster, with overall high efficiency. There were three reviewers and over fifty comments, but they were all very specific and meaningful for improving the paper.
