This is a niche journal, i.e., it is a smaller journal that is highly-specialized in a specific topic. Most of the research articles are on how certain molecules affect the immune system in one way or another. I’ve submitted twice and was not willing to address some of the reviewers’ concerns – many comments were not pertinent to my study. This appears to be a strong journal, but I’d only submit if your research aligns with their aim and scope.
