The review turnaround time was very fast. It was changed to be an OA journal, and the publication frequency was changed from bimonthly to monthly this year. The amount of publication increases greatly while the impact factor decreases very little. Editors and reviewers are serious and responsible, and the publishing time is very fast.

I’ve had average submission experiences with this journal. One submission was not sent out for review for two months, whereas my second submission received reviews 8 days after I submitted. So, there’s an inconsistent review cycle that primarily depends on the reviewers selected. The current editor is professional and responsive. One frustrating aspect is that the page layout fee is around $1200.
