The magazine is based in New Zealand, and one of my two reviewers is from Denmark. The magazine's review attitude is very good, promising to provide review comments within two weeks. Although I did not receive the review comments after two weeks, they promised to urge the reviewers. They accept clinical case reports and epidemiological studies, and the editor-in-chief is American and quite friendly. The review speed is relatively fast.
