Brother downstairs, if you have made progress, please let everyone know. The way you are going, I feel that there is a high probability that multiple reviewers have accepted the review (3 or more). The first submission was made in June 1994, and from submission to acceptance took less than 2 months, which was very efficient. However, on November 18th, I submitted again and to my surprise, it has been over 4 months without any feedback or revision suggestions. On February 28th, 1995, it showed "Required Reviews Completed" but it has been almost a month and still no news. I have sent two emails to follow up, and although I received responses, there has been no action taken. This efficiency is truly speechless!

This journal has been really slow since it changed its editor-in-chief. The initial submission has been sitting in the hands of the editor for a month, and it took more than 20 days to find four reviewers to complete the review. The revised manuscript was submitted at the end of February, and it's been almost a month now. It was only touched on March 1st and has been sitting in the editor's hands ever since. Are they all too busy with National Nature? If there is a shortage of staff, why not hire more editors? Not moving at all like this is really harming everyone.
