I would like to ask, does this journal accept submissions with hospital affiliations as authors? I have submitted to several journals under MDPI before, but all were rejected outright.

Intentionally logged in to write some comments for everyone's reference. 
I have submitted two articles (related to pharmacy) to this journal in the past year, both to the same special issue. 
The journal editors are responsible and serious (the two submissions were handled by two different editors), and they usually respond within 1-2 days, sometimes even urging the authors to speed up :)
The review speed is about one month, very fast. 
Both of my articles were accepted within a little over a month from submission, no more than two months. 
At each stage of the process, there are different editors contacting you, each editor responds quickly, is responsible and very professional.

Based on your research direction, it seems to be related to medical institutions, right? It has been widely reported that Chinese hospitals have frequently engaged in academic misconduct, and MDPI automatically rejects articles from Chinese hospitals. I have also encountered cases where reviewers agreed to publish my work but it was ultimately rejected by the editor with weak justifications.

Everyone, don't submit it! This magazine is a joke! The magazine had a special issue, and I received an invitation from the special issue editor because I had published several papers in the relevant field. Since I was not familiar with the magazine, I specifically emailed to inquire and sent the title and abstract of the article to the special issue editor. The response from the editor was very suitable, so I decided to write and submit the article to the magazine. The special issue editor is an Italian professor in the same field. Due to the deadline being before Christmas, and our work being particularly busy during this period, everyone worked overtime and made the necessary revisions to the article, submitting it nearly a week in advance. On January 3rd, I received a rejection letter, without any review comments, just casually stating that the manuscript will not be processed and advised to submit to another journal. I suspect that they did not even review the submission. I emailed the editor to inquire about the review comments, but there was no reply. It is evident that this journal is extremely careless and irresponsible in handling submissions. I suggest that everyone boycott such journals.
