Hello, how long does it usually take from acceptance to having a searchable report in this journal?

Submitted in November 2022, received review results in February 2023. All three reviewers agreed to accept it, only requiring revisions to the English description before final acceptance. It was officially accepted in April. It was initially submitted to a Tier 1 journal, but accepted as a Tier 2 journal. It is uncertain if it will return to Tier 1 by the end of the year.

Reviewing this journal once, let me comment on it and warn everyone to be cautious. I received the review on or around February 22nd, and the given review time was one month. At that time, I was relatively free, so I submitted the review comments in just 10 days. Then I checked and saw that other reviewers had also submitted their comments. However, the editorial department didn't send the decision email to the authors until May. In other words, the decision by the editors took much longer than the reviewers. The initial version of the article was actually poorly written, with many formula errors. Some of the formulas copied from other papers were not even complete, and the symbols were not defined, giving the impression that it was not written seriously at all. I recommended rejecting it directly (because I saw that it was going to be listed in the top tier, so I reviewed it according to the standards of IEEE Trans). The three reviewers had a total of 30 comments, and the editor provided minor revisions. I didn't understand the logic behind this decision, but based on the situation, it should be one of those articles that cannot be rejected... Then, in July, I received a second review invitation. I submitted it in August and accepted it. The revisions were significant. However, the editorial department didn't send the final decision until January of the following year... So everyone should know why this process is so slow, purely the fault of the editorial department.

This journal is very strange. It quickly skyrocketed to the top tier, and it is filled with insiders. It's a journal that only people with connections can get published in, a small circle journal.

This journal is too trashy. It takes more than a month to process a submission. After finally getting it reviewed externally, the first review takes 7 to 8 months and requires minor revisions. The revised version undergoes another 3 to 4 months of external review, only to be given some minor flaws to fix. Then, it undergoes another 3 to 4 months of external review. They keep dragging it without accepting it. Be cautious when submitting.

Submitted in January of the 21st year, rejected in February of the 22nd year. During this period, there was no news at all, and I was anxious. 

By chance, I logged into the website in March of the 22nd year and found out that it was rejected. 

However, there was no email notification, no review comments. [Scratching head]

During the submission period, I witnessed a great improvement from Zone 4 to Zone 1 in terms of hurdles. Now I suddenly realized that I am not worthy and I reflect on myself.

It took me over three months for the first review, but it's just a system integration (SI). I guess the regular time will be quite long. It may take about a year from start to acceptance.

I heard that this journal was in the 4th tier last year, but this year it directly jumped to the 1st tier. I am a little worried if it will go back to the 4th tier next year.
