Review comments came back on April 14th with a revise status, allowing one month for revisions. After resubmitting on May 16th, the status remained as "with editor" until May 18th when it changed to "decision in process" and was accepted on the 19th.

The inquiry letter was not replied to, but the withdrawal letter was replied to in a few minutes. The withdrawal was accepted, and apologies were given for the delay due to not finding a reviewer.
