The editor in chief has very high requirements. It was revised 2 times before sending for review and 5 times after sending for review. It seems like giving birth to a child after ten months’ pregnancy. It finally got accepted. Environmental Development only publishes 4 issues a year, with about 10 articles per issue. It is estimated that it will have to be scheduled to the second year~ All the opinions are in place. Although making revision was so tiring, the results are satisfactory!

The submission was made on November 17th and is still with the editor, the progress is very slow. I am also a reviewer for this journal, and the editor has handled two of my reviews during the same period, with a long gap between the two. I suspect the editor does not frequently log in, and only processes submissions in batches.
