According Web of Science, there were 255 articles published from 2017 to 2018. By March 5 2019, the number of citations of these articles in 2019 was 1,311. So, the immediate IF = 1311/255 = 5.14. I don’t know if my calculation is correct.

The impact factor has risen to 4.5 in two years. I think it has great potential and tried to submit one. The review speed was good. We spent two weeks waiting for it being sent out, three weeks for the comments, and another three weeks for the first review comments. The second review was quite fast, and it was accepted within three months. The aim of the journal is quite high, and I don't know if it will be easy to publish here later. Open access charges for $1,000.

The Chinese Academy of Engineering Journal, which is very big in the field, has a substantial requirement for innovation, so it is a very good comprehensive journal. I was fortunate to publish in this journal.  The review period is less than 30 days, and it takes about 4 months to see your paper in the publication. There is no page fee, but there is a remuneration fee of about 1000 RMB, and the journal provides a free retouching service. The impact factor quickly reached 2.6. My advisor said that according to this speed, the impact factor is expected to exceed 5 next year.
