The review process is quite slow. I waited for 3 months for the first review, it seemed like they couldn't find reviewers. They invited three times and finally got two reviewers to agree. It took a month for major revisions, waited another month for the second review, then made minor revisions in a week. After that, it took another month to be accepted. The review process was very slow. However, I don't understand why this journal only has 33 articles searchable on PubMed (as of July 2023). Many articles cannot be found. My article has already been published online, but it still cannot be found on PubMed. It feels like not being searchable on PubMed has a significant impact. I won't dare to submit to this journal again in the future.

Magazines with low submission volumes generally have high entry barriers. I have also submitted to domestic SCI journals with low submission volumes before, but the result was rejection after the second review. It feels like there is still a significant risk and high time cost in submitting to such magazines.

The article was directly rejected by the editor-in-chief due to its lack of innovation. It was rejected the day after submission without being sent for review. Although it was rejected, the journal's handling speed was fast, allowing for submission to other journals without delay. Judging from the article number and the number of articles published by the journal each year, the acceptance rate is approximately 10%, indicating a relatively high rejection rate.
