I submitted an article on clinical microbiology testing in a medical laboratory for review. The review process was slow, and I had to send a reminder in between. I submitted the article in May, and it required major revisions in November. After receiving the revised manuscript in December, I didn't hear anything further. In March of the following year, it was directly accepted for publication. Although it is only indexed in the fourth quartile and has a low impact factor, there are not many journals in the field of medical laboratory testing, and my article had limited information. Therefore, I am satisfied with its acceptance.

Experience sharing: Finally accepted today, overall satisfaction. The process is roughly as follows: Submitted on November 2nd, no response for a month, then I tagged the editor on the submission interface to remind them of my manuscript. About 20 days later, it entered the editor review stage, and about a week later it entered the external review stage. The external review requested me to change the date to January 20th. There was only one expert opinion, not too many and not difficult to reply. After I completed the revisions, I submitted it again around February 8th, and today on February 23rd, it was accepted! Overall, it's acceptable, not too slow
