I submitted the article on 19/8/2019 and received editorial reply of two reviewers with major and minor revision respectively on 30/8/2019. A paragraph requiring to cite three articles was in the recommendation of major revision. Because the articles requested to be cited are irrelevant, we did not cite them and stated the reasons. At the same time, the introduction section was extensively revised according to the reviewer's request. I return the revised manuscript 8/9/2019. It was accepted 10/9/2019. The efficiency was really high. The editor also works on weekends... On Sunday morning, I received the editor's reminder to send the revised manuscript back. I immediately sent the final check to the editor. It was half an hour later that the reviewer with major revision agreed to publish.
