Reviewed 2023-03-13 10:03:14 Maybe it's because I was slow in making revisions. I made changes three times, and there were always two reviewers. One reviewer consistently provided good feedback, while the other reviewer's feedback was consistently negative. In the final round, the second reviewer only had a minor revision, which was about not understanding a formula derivation. After quickly completing the revision and resubmitting, it took more than 60 days to receive the editor's feedback. I speculate that the second reviewer probably did not understand my formula derivation. It feels like the second reviewer has been delaying the process, but I also made revisions slowly, spanning over a year. Both reviewers are highly skilled and very professional.
