Swarm is also very good, but its visibility is very low outside the evolutionary computing community. Swarm publishes about 100-200 papers per year, possibly slightly more this year. Other journals are more comprehensive, such as TCYB, INS, KBS, ESWA, etc., with a publication volume of several thousand. To be honest, Swarm's focus on collective intelligence and its high impact factor indicate its significance. If you plan to research collective intelligence in the long term, Swarm has a high level of recognition. If you are considering other directions, it might be better to publish in comprehensive journals like TETCI and KBS, which have a higher reputation.
