After enduring for more than 2 months, an email was sent to the editor-in-chief, but it was still not sent for review. Luckily, the editor-in-chief provided information that the manuscript needed revisions. After revising, it was submitted again. Shortly after submission, the review process started, but there was still a very long wait until November when the external review comments were received. One reviewer believed that the manuscript was acceptable and provided some suggestions for modification. However, another reviewer felt that the scientific and innovative aspects of the article were not strong, and politely argued in the reply comments, as well as writing to the editor-in-chief to argue. After resubmission, the lengthy wait continued. Two months later, an acceptance decision was given. The speed after acceptance was quite fast, and the article was Online in less than 2 weeks
