Most journals issue detailed formatting requirements specific to their own guidelines. Trying to carefully tailor your text and references to these specifications can be time-consuming.
Let us help so you can devote more time to your research. Each paper submitted to our manuscript formatting service will be edited in strict accordance with the guidelines stipulated by your target journal and rendered fully compliant with the requirements for submission.
How it works
- Our formatting experts will modify your page layout, text (e.g. font size, line spacing, indentation, multi-level headings, bold and italic formatting, etc.), title page, image placement, and citations and references in accordance with the guidelines issued by your target journal.
- We will also provide a cover letter template with all key structural components.
- We guarantee that your paper will be formatted according to your target journal’s guidelines. A list of comments will be provided describing any missing elements that are required for submission and to comply with the journal’s word count restrictions. If the editor of your target journal mentions any problems with the formatting of your paper, we will reformat it for free.

I required a document reformatted to conform with the publisher’s specifications and contracted with LetPub for the job. I was absolutely delighted with the service provided. Marise was thorough and detailed and, as exacting as I am, she even managed to find a couple of things I had overlooked. I would most certainly hire Marise should I require any editing services in the future and strongly recommend her to others. Thanks for your superb work!
This service package does not cover word reduction or any content supplementation. We at LetPub offer those services as part of our editing package.
Please contact us if there are any problems with your formatted manuscript. If a journal mentions formatting as a problem, please send us all comments from the journal and the file that you sent to the journal.

Our formatting team does not provide language editing (correction of grammar, or word choice).
